Christian Watch was formed in 2001, when a small group of men expressed concern about the rapid inroads being made into our nation by satanic forces, thus undermining our Bible-based Constitution. They felt that there was a need for a stand to be taken as the Word of God was being neglected and rejected at all levels of society and, as a result, there was an increasing decline in both morality and spirituality throughout the land. So Christian Watch was born.

In our society today, all manner of evil is permitted and promoted by successive Governments and it is our desire to contend for the faith ‘once delivered unto the saints’. We endeavour to be a bulwark against further declension from the ‘old paths’.

As the people of God, we have a responsibility to stand up for righteousness in the face of godlessness; and where a Government, a people or a particular law is against the Word of God, we have a duty to make this fact known.

It is our privilege to be able to participate, in some small way, in the Lord’s service and we trust that you will join with us to encourage all who love the Lord to uphold the Protestant Reformed faith upon which our Constitution is established and to awaken others to the serious state of our nation – both spiritually and morally.

There is an urgent need today for true repentance, so that many will turn away from their wickedness to serve the living God.

If My people, which are called by My Name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14).

Yours in His Service,

Ian R. Henderson,
